The Chamber

The Anchor Bay Chamber of Commerce works to promote and maintain a healthy business environment and quality of life in our Anchor Bay service areas.

The two primary functions of a chamber of commerce are:

1) To provide specific services of a type that can be most effectively rendered by a community organization both to its members and to the community as a whole.

2) To act as a voice for the business and professional community by translating into action the group thinking of its' members.

Simply stated, the chamber is business and concerned individuals working together to make the community a better place to live and work through efforts to build a healthy economy and to improve the quality of life in the area it serves.

The Anchor Bay Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1991, successor to the Anchor Bay Business Association, founded in 1978. Applications for membership are accepted monthly.
