About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, friendly Part-Time Sales Associate to join our close-knit team. If you’re someone who enjoys working with people, has a curiosity about tools and trades, and likes learning on the job—this might be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and basic advice
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
• Handle point-of-sale transactions and returns
• Learn about products in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• Support other team members with daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to learn new things and ask questions
• Interest in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC trades (experience is a bonus, but not required!)
• Reliability and a good work ethic
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs occasionally and stand during shifts

Maintenance Technician - Part Time

Salary Range: $20.00 To $20.00 Hourly

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine and preventative maintenance to maintain and improve the physical integrity of the property. They must also provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents by making home and building maintenance repairs as well as providing the general upkeep of the community including its grounds, streets, facilities, and equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

What you will do:

The qualified individual will work as an integral part of the Operations and Community teams to perform the following essential job functions: 

• Routine maintenance of rental homes completed by assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service.
• Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, performing general cleaning, painting, picking up trash, mowing, trimming.
• Cleans (buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, washing windows, tidying, etc.) community common areas and workspaces including clubhouse, community office, restrooms, laundry room and maintenance garage.
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts, when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use of tools and equipment.
• Paints interior and exterior walls and trim.
• Operates backhoe to dig trenches for water and sewer pipe (if applicable). 
• Repairs parking lot and sidewalks with asphalt, cold patching materials, and concrete.
• Provide seasonal snow removal services including removing snow from community streets, parking lots, building entrances and other areas as needed (if applicable).
• Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.
